On CO2 cranking if you have 500+ ppm HC after warm up, you should have at least 12% or more CO2. Also the should hang there for at least 3 0r 5 sec. On the O2 snap test as long as you have some CO, no more than 2% O2 is allowed. Your tests say the cat is bad b... Login to read more.
