I tend to agree with Jamey Thortons response. At least that's the way I've always assumed it to be legally speaking.

I wonder if this would be an issue if it was a different emissions part. What if it was a bad PCV valve or Evap Purge Valve, etc.. Is it okay... Login to read more.
