Can anyone tell me if California requires new propane cylinders to be vacuum purged? Here in the hinterlands we simply pressurize them 5 times to at least 12.5 psi with propane vapor and vent it to atmosphere--lots of loose HCs emitted. OPDs aren't required on... Login to read more.
