ODBII only= no codes, MIL operational, '96-'01 I think can have 2 monitors not ready, '02-present 1 monitor not ready. I can't remember if the cut-off date is '00 or '01 as far as having 1 or 2 monitors not ready. Pre OBDII are tail pipe. Login to read more.
