If you READ the Emission Label, which by your post you already have. The vehicle you are testing is OBD I. When your EIS machine asks you if the vehicle requires an OBD II test you should be putting NO!! The reason is on the label. It is an OBD I equipped vehi... Login to read more. ![]()
