Vehicle came in with an OBD2 emissions failure. Codes P0400 and P0440. The EVAP code was caused by a defective canister purge valve - it would not hold vacuum and I decided (since it was not in the testing procedures) that it should. The new one did hold vacuu... Login to read more.
