I should have been more specific in my original post, I have been a CAP station for 10 years, I know about the 2.3 and the 1.8 hours, If you were not aware, the CAP is proposing that they do away with the 2.3/1.8 hours diagnostic time and just paying a flat 10... Login to read more.
