I concur with the "low fuel pressure" answer. Lean causes excessive heat in the combustion chamber due to the slow burn rate while a "lazy O2" tends to be biased lean causing an overrich mixture and subsequent quenching of the combustion chamber. All the mater... Login to read more. ![]()
