Hi Sherman, check what your fuel tank pressure sensor is reading. It should be at 1.3-1.8 or so. I have had them stick at close to 5v. I think it reads no change in the pressure sensor and the PCM is assuming that the vent solenoid is not working because it do... Login to read more.
