I agree with you. I left CA nearly 8 years ago and wouldn't go back for less than lottery winner amounts of money. I just paid my property taxes today--25% of what I paid in Simi Valley in 2002. And so far, no one here has stolen a car from me. Happened twice ... Login to read more.
