Those Toyotas used to be difficult to smog. A while back BAR realized there was a problem getting those engines to "stabilize" at 15 and 25mph so they adjusted the acceleration violation sensitivity on the EIS. After that, they became MUCH easier to smog. Soun... Login to read more.
