Just a follow-up. In Colorado it is highly recommended that all non-stock, grey market, engine swap, diesel-to-gas, etc. vehicles be sent to the tech center for a vehicle evaluation. A report is then issued and the inspector is instructed to use the evaluation... Login to read more.
