The vehicle in question is a 2003. This bulletin does not apply to this vehicle. It applies to MY2000 with a build date prior to November 1999 (MDH1130XX).

The problem isn't a lack of communication. It's that the monitor for the CAT is showing as unsupported... Login to read more.
