2003 Durango 4.7 P0421 and CAT monitor unsupported

I got a call for help from a repair shop that has a vehicle that failed a MA inspection for a code P0421 Warmup Cat Efficiency Bank 1.

Vehicle has 156K so it wouldn't be unreasonable that it needs a CAT.
