In 2 posts I've read that a cat dated AFTER 1/1/09 is illeagal. I don't get it. Isn't that backwards. It seems like older ones, which have no date (and I've never seem one with an EO number) should fail. I failed one today...it was obviously one of the old ... Login to read more.
