Samuel: R.O.T: when there are both high C.O. & H.C. readings, concentrate on getting the C.O. readings down, & the H.C. readings will follow downwards. High C.O. means the vehicle is firing too rich, fouling out the spark plugs & causing the high H.C. readings... Login to read more. ![]()
