Re: April 1, 2009 is the deadline for installing old style cats
The Jan 1, 2009 deadline was to sell, install, advertise, or
offer for sale. There is no April 1, 2009 deadline or any
'except for whatever you have in inventory' clause. An old
style CARB approved catalyst is illegal to install after Jan
1, 2009. Period.
