Replaced Upstream O2 sensor and still failed smog

Hi

I recently bought a 1993 Escort car ran good so I took it to get a smog cert and it failed. All the visual and functions tests passed but the ASM failed both low and high speed here are the results

HC max 92 meas 244 @15MPH
