As usual,Kelly's advice is spot on-I just would emphasize that small air leaks into the exhaust are a common cause of high NOx on non-egr cars.I like Albin's test of hooking the reversed shop vac to the tailpipe w/the car off and cold in order to hunt for leak... Login to read more.
