You must mean an Accord. Haven't seen any civic's with a 2.2L motor. Use the CAP egr flow test. Run engine at 2500rpm and measure engine vacuum, then open the valve and measure again. If the vacuum changes more then 3hg's, then you probably don't have restrict... Login to read more.
