I haven't worked at a Mitsu dealer in some time now, but I believe if the new head doesn't have jet valves, it's likely a head that belongs on the TBI turbo-charged version of the 2.6, like the Starion. I tend to doubt it will even run, much less pass emission... Login to read more.
