Have you tried communicating both KOEO and KOER? Once in a blue moon I'll have a vehicle- (usually Chryslers if memory serves), that won't communicate with the vehicle running, but will with the Key on Engine Off. Do you get an rpm signal in manual mode? Tried... Login to read more.
