Low Pressure Evap: How to fail a 'passing' vehicle

We did a low pressure fuel evap test today on a early 90's Toyota pickup with a 22RE motor. The vehicle "passed" but I noticed when I disconnected the hose from the tank, the nitrogen puffed out around my arm. So, we reran the test with the canister disconnect... Login to read more.
