I would seriously DOUBT the ECM driver for EGR has failed. I have probably changed 2 Honda PCMs EVER, and I remember 1 was a battery backwards job. They just dont fail much. If the system can code the EGR, and does pulse it sometymes (your 1st image), it seems... Login to read more.
