Use the CAP egr flow test. At 2500 rpm with egr disconnected, take an intake manifold vacuum reading. Then open egr valve, vacuum drop of 3 to 4 inches indicates acceptable egr flow. Anything less indicates restricted egr passages and you should ch... Login to read more.
