Re: Should a cat fail as defective if the substrate is rattling?
To the best of my knowledge, yes a cat with a rattling subtrate is considered defective. I have some training info from the State of CT that seems to imply that even a cat with a missing heat shield could be considered defective. The cat is considered damaged. Login to read more. ![]()
