It was the thermostat! The car had a 87 deg aftermarket, factory is 90 deg. Evidently taking longer to warm up kept the o2 monitor from running, but was still enough within parameters to keep the ecm from setting an ECT code. The evap monitor still hasn't run. Login to read more.
