Sorry it took a while to get back with you. The 2003 Saturn Vue is not totally CAN. It uses CAN to communicate between BCM, PCM, EBTCM. It does not use CAN to communicate OBD to scanners and State EPA tests. It uses serial data on pin #7, I found out.... Login to read more.
