Ive had a few odd NO COMM cars that would comm with some of my tools but not others(Smog machine usually being a NO COMM). USUALLY what Ive found if it will not power my tools its no power at 16, but if it will comm on some but not all, its often a pin 4/5 gro... Login to read more.
