Mitchell on demand has a 5 condition test sequence for that
egr system. Condition # 1. idle, no vacuum. #2. 3000rpm,
2-6 in. Hg. #03. 3000rpm (w/egr bleed plugged), less than 2
in Hg. #4. hard acceleration, 2-6 in. Hg. #5. deceleration,
no vacuum. ![]()
