Hello all,

Subject vehicle is a 1996 Ford Windstar 3.8L with a NOx IM240 failure at 1.63 gm/km. HC 0.07 gm/km (PASS) , CO, 0.81 gm/km (PASS). The vehicle has since been repaired and passed with 0.60 gm/gm NOx.
