Hi, Does anyone know what can block a cat monitor on this GM?

The car came in for a OBD2 failure for a P0420. The cat was replaced with a new Walker unit and codes were cleared and the car set readiness almost immediatly for the O2 and O2 heater. There is no... Login to read more.
