Simply put;If it's running PROPERLY ,it WILL [...] or [...] tailpipe is about the same ,in closed loop,with proper fuel ctrl,functional cat etc. As of several years now, there is no penalty for registering a Fed car more than 1yr & 15k m old either. Login to read more.
