Re: Vin designations for vehicle weight and AWD?
AFAIK, there are none. Ford & GM trucks use the 6th
character to specify truck class. IE: 1 means a 150(Ford)
or 1500 (GM), 2 means a 3/4 ton , and 3 signifys a 1 ton.
