96 civic, completed O2 monitor with a broken wire?

Hi all. Not a huge diag question here... More a question on WHY? 96 Honda, fresh from TO failure despite being prepped at another shop. Gross Polluted for NOX over 4000ppm both speeds.

Lambda check showed 1.18, so its pretty derned lean... Other shop CHANGED... Login to read more.
