Hey Ron, I'm not on the phone to the Feds when I see somebody do it. I don't like it, and it creates a liabilty issue, and hurts our industry,when tech "A" says you need a new converter. Then tech "B" comes along and says he will put a used cat on after hours.... Login to read more.
