I have this 99 Grand Caravan 3.3 V-6 that resets the monitors every time it is shut off. My tech claims that as long as the scanner is plugged in they won't reset. I have power to pin 46 but is this the pin that provides the PCM with memory power? Has any one ... Login to read more.
