What's up with these cats?

I am getting very frusterated with these cheap aftermarket cats that are supposed to be EPA certified and just plain don't work!

Is there any reason that this feed gas can't go into a converter and come out HC 40 ppm, CO 0.11%, and NOx 400 ppm. That's only 8... Login to read more.
