No, not exactly. Im more saying that the OBD2 monitors could be reset (Harder to do now since you need all but 2 completes in CA) and then a vehicle tested...some monitors pass on 1st drive, and gross pollute because of a failure that required more time/trips ... Login to read more. ![]()
