In CT, an OBD2 car gets an OBD2 test only. No gas test. A car less than 5 years old is exempt from ANY test. And during our unusually long stretch of hot humid weather this summer, we had unhealthy air advisory's out a lot of times. Hmmmm. Login to read more.
