Im not saying it IS legal or SHOULD BE legal to do such installs. Im saying that the law leaves GAPING holes for appeal open, and as yet, those appeals have yet to be raised...but will be soon and then we will see those rules re-evaluated for YEARS probably. T... Login to read more.
