You have an intermittent fuel metering problem in the craburetor. My SWAG would be a choke issue, a bowl-vent problem that's allowing vacuum to be applied to the bowl, a metering rod problem, or an EVAP (purge) valve problem (do they have one of those?) Possib... Login to read more.
