'90 to '97 E & F Series with 7.5L are a problem. The strategy you're seeing is typical of these. The loading & speed is insufficient to get any EGR command, they spend a LOT of time in open loop (which BTW is a lean strategy), and the cats are poor reducers. I... Login to read more.
