Re: 98 C 70 Volvo will not set OBII monitors
The CA BAR has Volvo listed as a problem in Appendix J of
our smog check manual. They refer technicians to Volvo TSB
2-23-0056 which is suppose to assist running the monitors.
To my knowledge this has done without much success.
