Dave, In Mass, our cutpoints are so high that a vehicle close to the cutpoint is BROKEN. You must have a feel for where this make/model should test in relation to the cutpoint. If it should be @ 60% or less of the passing level, I'd recommend at least a diagno... Login to read more.
