Gary,

Today I had repair RX300 (JT6HF10V4X...), 105343 mil with SAE DTC P0171.

This Car had Long FT S1B1 > 45%!

After replace MAF it there was 21% (MAF=3.5 gm/s) and MIL come ON (again P0171).
