Hey Kelly, Along that same note,...I think it is page 32 of the smog check repair manual that says:

1.9.2 NOTE: BEFORE PERFORMING REPAIRS, STATIONS MUST INFORM THE CONSUMER OF THE REPAIR ASSISTANCE AVAILIBLE THROUGH THE CONSUMER ASSISTANCE PROGRAM.
