Hi Chet,

Under OBD II Testability Issue, Page 5, 1996-98 Volvos, except Turbos, are on the list. BAR refers you to Volvo Technical Service Bulletin #SB 2-23-0056.

This all part of Appendix J in Revision 6 Smog Check Manual.
