I don't know why you are lean, but you are. There is no unburned fuel left in the exhaust that you list. You can't reduce NOX without fuel no matter how good a cat you have. You have to "pry" the oxygen off the nitrogen with fuel to reduce NOX. The cat only ma... Login to read more.
