On hold for 20 minutes waiting for CAP to answer
We've been having a pretty consistent problem getting throught to the CAP desk on the phone for about the past month. Either we get a busy signal for 20 minutes and then wind up on hold for 10 more or just wind up on automated hold until someone answers. I kno... Login to read more. ![]()
